Dr Tim Small is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in surgery of the Hip, Knee and Orthopaedic trauma.
Dr Small completed his medical training at the University of Auckland in 2002. His internship and basic surgical training were at St Vincent’s Hospital (NSW) and in 2008 was selected for advanced surgical training in orthopaedic surgery. He completed his orthopaedic specialist training in Sydney in 2011 after obtaining his fellowship examination (FRACS).
Dr John Rooney is an Orthopaedic Surgeon who sub-specialises in Hip, Knee and Ankle conditions.
Dr Rooney graduated with Honours from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, in 1994. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (F.R.A.C.S) and the Australian Orthopaedic Association (F.A.Orth.A).
Dr Rooney has built over the years a strong reputation as an Australian pioneer in computer navigated, minimally invasive, anterior total hip replacement surgery, also known as Direct Anterior Approach (DAA).
Once being awarded my Orthopaedic Fellowship, I was selected for the
prestigious Dr. Woodgate and Dr. Rooney Lower Limb Reconstruction Fellowship at St Vincent’s Hospital.
After successfully completing my fellowships, I travelled abroad to Germany, Italy and Korea to gain further international experience in specialised upper and lower limb surgeries including:
Dr Sol Qurashi, is a Sydney trained and based Hip and Knee Surgeon specializing in Hip and Knee Replacement surgery, Knee Reconstruction and Realignment surgery and Arthroscopic (key hole) surgery. He has a special interest in minimally invasive hip replacement surgery and was the pioneer and first surgeon to introduce SuperPATH hip replacement in Australia.
Dr Jonathan Herald is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in Shoulder, Elbow and Knee sports injuries and joint replacement.
Dr Herald completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Sydney University in 1996. After returning from further advanced shoulder, elbow and knee orthopaedics in New York City and as a Fellow at the world famous Mayo Clinic in Minnesota USA. Dr Herald returned to Australia and was awarded merit of Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2006.
